We are pleased to announce that members of the

British Ambulance Services (Foresight) Panel (BASP) have decided to instigate the enormous task

of setting up an

Independent Professional Ambulance Body

run for and on behalf of all staff employed in the

Art & Calling of "Ambulance Aid"

Membership will include Paramedics, Technicians and Intermediate Technicians from all ambulance sectors

the New Association will be called the

An inaugural meeting was held in early June 2002

To set up the Board of Governance.

The Association will be using the draft Bylaws and

Operating Polices adopted from the Alberta Regulations as amended by BASP
